Today, Chye Music is dedicated to providing exceptional music education and retailing a wide range of musical instruments. Since its inception, Chye Music has delivered high-quality music education to over 1,000 local and international students. Our primary focus is on music education, and our academic team is committed to ensuring that our curriculum, lesson plans, assessments, and extracurricular assignments are executed at the highest standard. As the visionary behind Chye Music, Chye is undeniably the cornerstone of this nurturing musical family, steadfast in his inspiring mission over the years. With over three decades of distinguished teaching experience, Chye founded Chye Music with the profound aim of delivering the Highest Caliber of music education while fostering a supportive environment for young and aspiring musicians.
He holds prestigious qualifications including Dip ABRSM, ATCL, and LGSMD, and has pursued advanced studies in the Art of Music at Yamaha in Yokohama, Japan, where he also attained a Top Degree in Performing Arts Music.
In addition to his role as director of Chye Music, Chye’s primary instrument is the Piano, though he is equally skilled in Guitar, Saxophone, Flute, Harmonicas and more. In essence, he embodies the qualities of a versatile, passionate, and highly dedicated director, attributes that define exceptional music educators.
