Shipping

Q. How long does the Shipping usually take?
A. For In Stock items, the express shipping usually takes 3-6 business days.
A. For Manufacturer In Stock items, the delivery usually takes 7-14 business days.
A. For Pre-order items, the items usually ship within 3-8 weeks.
A. For Shipping To Sarawak, Sabah & Peninsular Malaysia, the item usually take 7-14 business days to arrive.
A. For Shipping To Overseas Country, the item usually take 21-30 business days to arrive.

Q. How do I track my shipment?
A. You can track your shipment with the tracking number provided.

Q. How about damaged product while arriving from online order?
A. If there is damage from shipping or your product arrives flawed upon your collection, it’s all on us.

Q. If the goods arrived with at last unit and unfortunately gets damaged, and I can’t replace it with the same model?
A. Then we can proceed full refund to you or we can let your payment switch onto the purchase.

Delivery

We have partnered with reliable shipping companies, including Pos Laju, J&T, DHLGD ExpressCity-Link Express, and Freight Mark, to offer shipping services for all orders nationwide.

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can conveniently track your package. Keep in mind that this delivery option may require someone to sign for the parcel, regardless of its size.

In-Store Pick-Up

With in-store pick-up, you can conveniently collect your online order from one of our showrooms for free. This option is only available when one of our showrooms has stock of your entire order. The process is as follows:

1. Select the “In-Store Pick Up” option at checkout.
2. Upon payment, your order would take roughly 24 hours to process.
3. Upon confirmation, you will be sent a confirmation message via Email and SMS, stating the showroom that you will be able to pick your order up from.
4. Collect your order from the designated showroom within 48hrs by showing your confirmation message to any of our friendly Chye Music staff and
they will assist you with your order.

Do note that in-store pick-up is only allowed for products currently available in at least one of our showrooms. If you are unable to collect your order within 48hrs, your order will be cancelled and refunded. Return, Exchange and Refund Policy will apply to orders with in-store pick-up from the moment your order is picked up in-store.

International Shipping

Due to certain brand restrictions, we may not be allowed to ship specific products overseas. To avoid incurring additional costs, please contact us before making your order so that we can confirm the option’s availability before assisting you!

We primarily use Aramex, FedEX, and EMS for international orders.
